No workout on Saturday

Well, can you blame me? It’s going to be cold, wet, and gross. I plan on trying to see how much I can clean and jerk today so I’m planning on being sore tomorrow and hanging out in my pajamas as long as possible. If anyone wants to come to my basement tomorrow for similar torture, e-mail me at and bring your front squat.

  2. Everyone set PRs today. It was a lot of fun and no one got hurt. Except Patrick, because he put sand up his nose. But, it wasn't a training injury, just an \”I'm-four-years-old-and-have-no-sense\” injury.Sara
